How to check allotment
- 1Open your registrar's IPO allotment page and select Fly-Hi Maritime.
- 2Enter your PAN, application number, or DP/Client ID.
- 3If allotted, shares are credited to your demat account before the listing date; if not, your blocked UPI/ASBA amount is released automatically.
How to increase your allotment chances
Allotment follows published SEBI rules — a lottery in one category, proportionate in another. Eight things that change your position.
Know which bucket you are in
Retail (up to ₹2 lakh) is allotted by lottery when oversubscribed. S-HNI and B-HNI are allotted proportionately. The same strategy cannot work in both.
In retail, more applications beat one big application
Five one-lot applications from five different PANs are five lottery tickets. One application for five lots is one ticket. The hard limit: one application per PAN — a second on the same PAN gets them all rejected.
The HUF account most people forget
A Hindu Undivided Family is a separate legal entity with its own PAN. It can hold its own demat and apply in its own right, entirely separately from the karta's personal application.
Pick the category from live subscription data
S-HNI and B-HNI rarely move together — one is often subscribed several times more heavily than the other. Since both are proportionate, the less crowded one returns more shares for the same money. Check before you choose, not after.
Always bid at cut-off price
Bidding below the eventual cut-off makes your application invalid — that is a rejection, not a partial allotment. There is no advantage to bidding lower.
Apply early, approve the mandate the same day
Day one or two, not the last hours of day three — that rush is when UPI mandates fail and applications silently never reach the exchange. Confirm the money is actually blocked.
Check whether you qualify for a reserved quota
Holding even one share of a listed parent on the record date can qualify you for the shareholder quota, where competition is a fraction of retail. It is the one legitimate way to hold two live applications on a single PAN.
The rejection checklist
Name on PAN not matching the demat, a wrong DP ID, insufficient funds at mandate time, or two applications on one PAN. Check the name match once, properly, before the next IPO opens.
Frequently asked questions
When is Fly-Hi Maritime IPO allotment?
Fly-Hi Maritime IPO allotment is yet to be announced. Allotment is typically finalized one working day after the issue closes (Fly-Hi Maritime closed/closes 3 Sept 2026).
How do I check Fly-Hi Maritime IPO allotment status?
Check on the registrar's IPO status page using your PAN, application number or DP/Client ID — or on the BSE/NSE IPO allotment pages. If allotted, shares are credited to your demat before listing; if not, the blocked amount is released.
Why didn't I get allotment despite applying?
When the retail portion is oversubscribed, allotment happens by computerized lottery — at high oversubscription most applicants receive no shares regardless of bid size. Applying at cut-off with a single lot has the same lottery odds as multiple lots in heavy oversubscription.
