Guidance scorecard · Q1 FY27 call
What Allcargo Global's management guided
and where it ranks in Transport Services
RevenueQ1 FY27 call
0–10%- Expect marginal incremental volume growth over the next few months, following typical industry seasonal trends (increase before Christmas, subdued around Chinese New Year, then pick up).
- Base case assumes no significant broad economic growth over the next 12 months; growth driven by market share gains and trade rebound.
- Targeting roughly 12%-15% volume growth from the current base to reach desired financial trajectories.
- Volume growth partly from market share expansion (limited pace) and partly from trade rebound (dependent on macroeconomic environment).
- FCL volumes likely to recover in markets like transatlantic and Latin America, though Middle East volumes remain weak.

CapexQ1 FY27 call
None planned- The company plans to increase net debt significantly over the next two to three quarters by focusing on reducing working capital and selling non-core assets (e.g., warehousing and office assets worth USD 10-15 million).
- Rather, the business is asset-light with minimal capex needs.
- The strategy currently favors organic growth by investing in people and technology, rather than acquisitions or large capital investments.
