and where it ranks in Transport Services

#30of 31 in
Transport Services

RevenueQ1 FY27 call

0–10%
  • VRL Logistics expects around 8% volume growth on a full-year basis, up from the earlier guidance of 6%-7%.
  • Volume growth is driven by branch network expansion (from around 900-950 branches two years ago to 1,300 now) and geography expansion, especially into Eastern and Northeast sectors.
  • Freight rate increases have been implemented to offset rising fuel costs, supporting revenue growth without impacting volume growth.
  • Estimated CAPEX of Rs. 200-240 crores annually (vehicles and property) to support volume growth, while maintaining healthy cash flows and stable debt levels.

30out of 100

Momentum score · price trend

30 out of 100 — Cooling

Over the past year its share price has done worse than most of the stocks we track.

PeriodShare price changeBetter than … of 1,910 stocks
Last 12 months−3.7%57%
Last 6 months+2.7%59%
Last 3 months−2.2%64%

The price is 33.6% below its all-time high of ₹391.3 (15 Dec 2023). Stocks more than 20% below their peak have their score halved, so 59 became 30.

How we calculate it

“Better than 30%” means that over that period the share price did better than 30 out of every 100 stocks we track (1,910 Indian companies worth ₹500 Cr or more, with at least a year of prices).

The score weighs the longer periods more: 40% × 12-month + 40% × 6-month + 20% × 3-month. For VRL Logistics Ltd: 0.4 × 57 + 0.4 × 59 + 0.2 × 64 = 59, halved to 30 because the price is more than 20% below its all-time high.

Strengthening is 70 and above, Steady 40 to 70, Cooling below 40. Scores are recalculated every night after the market closes.
